Well we can blame school....life.....Defiance (if you want, find me-Elizabeta Tepes...jus' sayin....) But today I just wanna show you the top ten books I really wanna read really really badly.

Book Review: Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Oh. My. Good. Lord. Now I've read fantasy novels, but nothing like this, and...IT WAS BLOODY PERFECT. The tests, the bad-assery that is Celeana Sandothrien and just...EVERYTHING. I loved this book so much, that I don't know if I can do a full book review on it. And the romance....when I first read this in the summer of last year, I loved it. A lot. And now that I read it twice (slowly because of school starting) I still loved it, even now I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK, and can't wait to read the rest of this series.

(edit) When I first read this book last summer, at first I'd forgotten about Celeana because all I saw was Dorian and Chaol, but then I re-read it again and now I wanna punch Chaol in the throat (have no idea why I want to now, but last time I didn't) and I still have a thing for Dorian, but the one thing that made me mad was the fight scene between Cain and Celeana. Because honestly when I see Cain...I SEE THIS BEHEMOTH:



Yep....I see the Mountain as Cain. (Though I'm glad he's semi-knocked out at the moment) And that made me...so mad because he wanted to kill Celeana-FOR WHAT I DON'T KNOW. But I'm glad Celeana won, with the help of Princess Nehemia and Queen Elena and the Wyrdmarks. But then when Cain pulled out the knife to try and kill Celeana...I was honestly on the edge of my seat, but then Chaol came and killed him...so yay Chaol!!!

I still do recommend this book and I will read the next book in the series (hopefully real soon) along with others.

Book Review: Envy: A Luxe Novel by Anna Godbersen

It has been a very long time since I've read something from the Luxe series-and once again, I loved it-a lot. It's like Gossip Girl, but in the 1900s, where people just kept throwing shade after shade after shade about one another, gossiping about whoever they want when they want in the papers (here's to you, "Gamesome Gallant"...whoever you are....) and, of course, the drama. And when I say drama...my friends, THERE'S SOME DRAMA IN THIS BOOK.

For example, let's look at the lovely marriage that is the Schoonmakers-Henry and Penelope Hayes. Like, honestly, to tell you the truth, if I was playing a soap character on The Young and the Restless, I want my name to be Penelope Hayes. BECAUSE GOOD LORD GIRL YOU IS ONE SHADY BITCH. Penelope, our resident bitch, keeps threatening Henry to go to the papers about him and Diana Holland, the girl he loves SO MUCH instead of her just so they can be married. And on their trip to Palm Beach, FLA, you best believe that girl kept trying to get Henry to stay away from her. But did that stop him? NOPE NOT REALLY.

Because he went to see her twice-once to tell her that he wasn't in love with Penelope and two, that he'd divorce Penny and marry Di. Well, see, that didn't work.....MAINLY BECAUSE THE NEXT MORNING, DIANA SAW THE TWO OF YEHS TOGETHER AFTER THAT DRUNKEN NIGHT OF LOVEMAKING. Yes I'm yelling, but not at Diana, who was trying to move on by going to parties, and even though Miss Penelope sicked her brother Grayson on her, it turned out that he loved her. Oh but the worst (and stupid) part was in the book was the lie (I hope to god it is a lie-I've read the last book a long time ago and I don't remember) she told to the Elder William Schoonmaker, that she was pregnant. PREGNANT, Y'ALL. Henry kept swearing up and down that she's not, and the ending. The ending, when Henry told her that he's leaving to fight for his country, Penelope started calling his name, cryin', not wanting him to go. But he left....so honestly I felt like this was a big 'HA' to her.

Now the Holland Sisters....I've already done Diana, because honestly, just like Lady Edith from Downton Abbey, THIS GIRL NEEDS TO BE HAPPY-AND I DON'T CARE IF IT'S WITH HENRY OR GRAYSON. But Elizabeth-Elizabeth, the girl who ran off with a boy named Will to California, got married, and when he died (got shot), she went back home to No. 17 Gramercy Park to morn him for a bit, then went on the Palm Beach trip, where she and Penelope realized that *dramatic gasp* she's pregnant. Yep, that's right-Miss Elizabeth Holland is pregnant with Will's baby. And even though the Holland family is broke and Penelope shadin' and plottin' over Diana while becoming friends again with Elizabeth, Elizabeth....Elizabeth does something so stupid (to me, at least)....SHE MARRIED MR. SNOWDEN CARINS. LIKE, NO. I noped when I read it in school waiting for my class to start-she didn't love him, she just married him because he bloody proposed to her-AFTER Teddy Cutting proposed to her first. AGAIN. I wanted her with Teddy, not with Snowden-something about him rubbin' me the wrong way, and I don't like it.

And last, but not least, Mrs. Carolina Broad, who honestly needs to hear that Drake song: Started from the bottom now we're here/Started from the bottom now my whole team fuckin' here! Because her chapters in the book had me cheering for her. First, Carolina was hanging out with/the charge of a Mr. Longhorn, who died while she was on the Palm Beach trip. When she came back to New York, everything was taken from her-her jewelry, her clothes, everything. So she goes to Tristan Wrigley, a salesman at Lord & Taylor, to help her find a job...and she did....as Mrs. Tilt's something assistant, but she wasn't happy with that. So she left as soon as she saw Leland Bouchard, the man she's crushing on, and went to a dressmaker to try and get a job there, but she stuck herself with a needle, and so she rested in the cold for a while, until that fateful day when she went back to the New Netherland Hotel, where Mr. Longhorn's will was read, and he gave his home, businesses, real estate, stock and cash to her. And now she's finally able to live the life she wants now, and maybe....just maybe...she can get Leland Bouchard. Just maybe.

I really really loved this book and I really do recommend it!!!

Book Review: Allegiant (Divergent #3) by Veronica Roth

Good night, Allegiant. Though this was a beautiful ending to a great series that I never, ever thought I'd pick up and read all three books, it was wonderful. From beginning to end, the Divergent Series has now became one of my favorite book series ever. Though I got confused because of the dual perspectives (and honestly, I hated being in Four/Tobias's head. I really did.) I got the hang of it, all the way to the ending, where I know why everyone I told on Instagram that I was reading this book that it was heartbreaking-but honestly I was confused. Really confused. But I thought since this is the last book of the Divergent series, I thought I give my final thoughts on the two dual perspectives.



Tris Prior

Tris Prior....good lord, girl. Throughout Divergent, Insurgent and now Allegiant, you have always been the tough girl, the girl who changed factions-from Abnegaation to Dauntless, stopped Jeanine Matthews and now you're trying to find your place in the New World called Chicago, while trying to figure out your relationship with Four. When you found out that he wasn't Divergent and he got upset about it, you told him you didn't care at all, even though you're Divergent yourself. Sure you still hated your brother Caleb for what he did, betraying you, but in the end you forgave him before you went in that room...and died. Your death was quite shocking to me when I read it, to tell you the truth, and I didn't want you to die. I wanted you to grow up and be with Four forever. But you will be missed, Tris Prior.



Tobias Eaton/Four

Four...Tobias.....YOU SIR, ARE A LITTLE SHIT. I'm sorry to call you that, but in Allegiant...in Allegiant you pissed me off every single time I read your perspective. Because you joined up with Nita and got your stupid ass caught and went to jail (or wherever you went), and in the beginning of the book you joined up with your mother-YOUR BLOODY MAMA-and I don't care if you're her son and you betrayed her in the end (which I felt like was the only good thing you did), YOU MADE ME SO MAD BY DOING THOSE THINGS. And the ending...SON. I CAN'T, DAMMIT, I CAN'T. Now I wanna hug you and call you my cinnamon roll, WHEN I DON'T WANT TO.

I really did love this book (though I yelled at Four throughout the whole entire thing). I don't know if I wanna read the Four novella book (still deciding on it) but one day I will.

The Novel I'm Working on Wattpad: The Lucky Ones

Even though the book cover sucks (I tried my best) I'm finally writing a novel on wattpad (I know, it took me long enough to do it) and if you wanna read it-click here to read it!!

But honestly, I've been planning this story since last month, when I was bored and something wanted to come out. So I did some story planning, then the characters, then the outline, and then last night I wrote and posted chapter one of this story that was originally called "After Andrew", but then I ended up changing it to The Lucky Ones because After Andrew just didn't sit right with me. 

That's the original book cover (which also sucks-and the first one I did, actually) and I know it's not any better too (though Bradley Cooper came out pretty good). BUT I think I'll introduce the characters in my story:

Book Review: Soundless by Richelle Mead

Good night this book...I honestly liked this book. The way it's written, the way its told, everything. But the way it started, how slow it was at the beginning...it irritated me a little bit but I honestly enjoyed it from beginning to end. I was intrigued by the fact that this whole entire book was focus on sound and sound only, and they only used sign language to speak. I found it fun and cool to read.

So what is this story about?

It's about a girl named Fei who one day got her hearing back, and her sister is slowly going blind. So she and her friend Ji Wei travels from their village, down the mountains to go talk to the line keeper, the person who they thought takes care of the zip line and the ration of food. When they made it down the mountain after starting a couple of rock avalanches, they went to a town and found more people that uses sign language, and they also find out from a woman named Nuan that the King is just using their village to get metal and then killing them off once all the metal is mined. Scared that that was going to happen, Fei wanted to go back to the village, even though Ji Wei told her that he loved her (by kissing her) and told her to run. But Fei had to go back because f her sister, so the two went to the zip line and Ji Wei threw her on the zip line so she can go back to their village to tell everyone, not him.

And she did...though it stopped in the middle because the soldiers found Ji Wei and cornered him, and Fei had to climb all the way back to the village, where she sneaked and found her sister, Zhang Jing, and the two reunited and went to the room where they paint (I can't remember the name of the room) and started to make a record of her adventure.

Once she was done, they went outside to hang it up, but as the villager's read it, they didn't believe it and tore it down, blaming Fei for everything that happened to them when she and Ji Wei left. Then the soliders came, rounding up the villagers and led them to the mines to mine, but they didn't get to Fei and Ji Wei, who was captured at the zip line, and they went to the Peacock Court, where they told them their story to the Elders. Elder Chen I believe believed them and told them of the pixius that helped them get rid of the soliders, and at the end Fei met her pixius, Yin Feng.

Also at the end, her and Ji Wei are getting married. Though I would like to know what else happened after Soundless, this is sadly a stand alone novel and it was really good and I enjoyed it.

Book Review: Black Butler vol. 19 by Yana Toboso

Like all mangas, this one made me laugh a lot and made me worry about Ciel and Sebastian and making me have feels. And on top of that, it has witches and werewolves in it. Couldn't this get many better? AND SEBASTIAN CRYING OMG MY FANGIRL HEART. LIKE CAN WE GET MORE OF HIM CRYING PLEASE??

And Ciel...I wanted to hug him (if he didn't scream at me and push me away) but anyway, poor baby. The only one that could touch him is Finny, who was trying very hard to take care of the young Earl (while trying not to hurt him using his super strength).

But the witch in this one...good night she's funny and know what she wants. But when she touched Ciel down there, I instantly cracked up laughing. I loved it because of Ciel's face...it was so funny.

I'm sorry this review is so short, but I really loved it.
